Pros

Great for entry-level or desperate individuals. Benefits are excellent and very affordable. At entry-level, schedule is very flexible. Overtime is almost constantly available. Shift premium is paid for working between 7pm and 7am, and on the weekends. English/Spanish bi-lingual agents make an additional $1/hr for all hours worked.

Cons

Once you're placed on a "dedicated team" it is nearly impossible to schedule time off or have your schedule changed to accommodate life changes. Management prefers to hire from outside than promote from within. New hires make same base rate as long-time employees.

Pros

If your a new employee you get PTO paid time off almost immediately, You have a better selection of shifts to work and three weeks of training

Cons

Flex schedule is not flexibile, Company does not work with you on any schedule conflicts. Supervisors are hired that have no idea how to do the job just because you were a supervisor somewherer before does not make them qualified. The points system does not take into consideration sick days. So people come to work sick.

Pros

the building is nice to work in and is brand new the job is pretty secure for the most part

Cons

Health benifits Horrible having to badge to get into parking lot/building long process constantly on phones with breaks changeing every chance you look understaffed and when the call volume is low they send people home and it picks back up. Vacation has to be approved 2 weeks in advance if you leave your desk for a minute to goto the bathroom you will get emails asking if everythings ok Long training class with horrible trainers (other then the training manager)
