Pros

Benefits such as 401k, healthcare, PTO, Maternity leave, Remote Work, etc. are awesome. Mangers in Service Delivery are flexible with schedules, knowledgeable, talented, act as leaders not bosses, and help you with your goal. People I work with in Service Delivery are fun, lighthearted, willing to learn, and easy to work with.

Cons

The raises are usually capped at 4% every year. It can be difficult to be promoted within Service Delivery. HR makes you jump through hoops to prove you are qualified and deserving of a promotion if you do not have a college degree. Such as listing all of your previous employment history in full detail using Service Delivery internal jargon. Internal training programs could use an overhaul. It's always high-level training, that does not include an expert on the topic within the scheduled meetings. Which only leads to more questions and lack of confidence when trying to complete the necessary job functions taught during training.

Pros

PSCU offers great pay, amazing benefits/PTO structure, ample opportunity to grow within the company, and management that invests back into their teams and their people! The work-life balance is also incredible.

Cons

Can be hard to adjust to 100% remote work while establishing relationships with tenured employees, learning curve on list of acronyms used, lack of structured onboarding required for ALL new employees on PSCU products and services.
