Pros
Starting at the top with an awesome, caring, classy CEO, flowing down to super supportive senior staff, PSCU is a great place to work. Company is definitely going in the right direction, investing in technology and innovation, acquisitions of complimentary businesses, with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction and retention. Ideas from everyone on improvement are supported and welcome. The work facilities are amazing, although with most of us working from home, this is less of a pro, but still nice to know. Everyone from senior management down to individual leaders seem to care about my well-being, my job satisfaction, my happiness in general. Benefits overall, especially company holidays, and vacation, are better than most other employers. Major emphasis on diversity and inclusion from the top down, one of the company's core values.

Salaries are lower than most competitors. Depending on which area you work in, advancement opportunities are limited.
