Pros

There are decent benefits such as starting out at 15 an hour, guaranteed 40 hours a week, overtime, and receiving time and a half on holidays.

Cons

The fraud department is very tedious and the training is not helpful. You are rated on every single call and you have to have a high average for the amount of inbound and outbound calls you take per hour. If you do not meet this quota you will be criticized. You have to follow a long list of unorganized uneasy to find scripts for the calls and if you do not stick to the script you are subtracted points and criticized by your assigned manager. Their systems are also extremely unorganized and not user friendly.

Overworked

Pros

Annual bonus structure, remote work seems to be staying after the pandemic

Cons

In many areas, employees are shouldering the workload of at least two people. Management speaks about this all the time but is doing nothing to resolve. New projects and initiatives continue to be added with no consideration for the people completing the work.
