This is done through highly skilled leaders coupled with great pay, benefits and opportunities to take a lateral job or get promoted to the next level.
Cons
At times the workload can be overwhelming. There are competing priorities vying for attention and the number one priority. As the work from home model evolves it can seem there is not any down time. Although infrequent there have been instances where follow through on a project/program hinders the success of the solution being fully implemented.
