Pros

Cons

Business Unit leaders are directly responsible for their attrition Management and Leadership teams with Micromanagement Leadership style Low quality work products C-Suite concerned with making money & Credit Union development: Strategic initiatives to develop and retain top talent is practically non-existent Employee Development is talked about but not lived in the values, culture, or behavior People are not their greatest asset as they proclaim Racism is alive and well throughout the organization; there are no Diversity programs and never have been. There are 4 or 5 Black Mid-Level leaders;1-2 Hispanic and the rest of the organization MID- c Suite is lily White! African-American's represent a great deal of the front line staff and are subject to differential treatment. Internal work products are poor quality; Good enough is the standard per Senior Leadership

Pros

They have daily fruit, a gym, covered parking they schedules are OK could be better. Some of the supervisors are great they get the job done. The overall job I liked. Assisting customers is my expertise.

Cons

Upper management has they favorite, they had a mesquito problem and bed bugs. They could be a bit more intuned with workers. Some managers walk pass and don't speak and when you do speak it look as if it hurts then to speak back. This company is really selective on who advances. I think you should only be in a position 6 mos instead of a year to change departments. They also say that they are professional when they're selective on what cases get terminated or written up. I guess if you're a threat to them you're immediately terminated instead of written up and put on a final. They condone bullying and harrassment and only pretend to investigate a case. They could also use better chairs for they coworkers cause those chairs they have don't help with 8/10 or 12hr shifts.

Pros

Leaving at the end of your day

Cons

The medical benefits have become quite expensive. These new contracted temporary employees are extremely unprofessional and unsanitary. The desk, bathrooms, and floors in the contact center are absolutely disgusting. The company employee standard have gone down hill. The job duties here are so simple yet the systems use and lack skilled professionals make it very difficult.
