Pros

Great culture, beautiful facilities and grounds (main campus is St. Petersburg, FL), gym, exercise classes, people are friendly and professional, great pay and benefits, and employees really seem to enjoy servicing our member credit unions.

Cons

Hard to learn about other departments and positions in the company to set a path for further development or movement. Many times, managers don't have any time with their employees for progress checks/development. Not enough employees are recognized for the great job they do.

Not a fun place to work, but very nice to look at

Pros

Great employees Good entry level pay Great experience for people new to call centers

Cons

Advancement limited Supervisor pay is not indicative of the workload. The workload is well above the salary range. Management has lost touch with the employees' needs and instead drives a generic set of appeasing actions toward everyone thinking they are making the job a fun place to work.

Pros

The company offers good pay and benefits. Their annual bonus is stellar as well as generous time off. The company goals are to help Crédit Unions which is something anyone can feel good about doing. Their is a strong culture and they work hard to keep it thriving. There are many employee and charity events they host or participate in every year.

Cons

Politics has a strong hold on middle and senior management. Often times to the point where it becomes extremely difficult to accomplish an initiative. There is a lack of shared vision and goals which creates friction between departments. They also tend to recycle employees from similar companies. There are few disrupters that make it in offering a fresh perspective.
