Pros
PSCU is willing to take a chance on developing internal employees. They often say that their employees are their best asset, and they act like it. Pay is very good relative to other processors, and there are tons of opportunities to move around and grow with the organization. Also very progressive and highly focused on DEI. I truly love working for PSCU.
Cons
It takes a long time to get things done, which in a client-facing role can be challenging. We are also in the midst of a cultural shift in several areas, so there are some (internal) growing pains.
