bonus every 3 months and opportunity for incentives

They do not care what you have going on. You can have death in the family and they expect you to be at work same day. They are not understanding, they give you a hard time with everything. Getting a bonus based on metrics every month is cool until they pick your metrics apart to prevent you from getting it. back to back calls are not worth that pay
