      Pros

      The management is very professional and cares about their employees' well being. They keep you apprised of company goals and progress, both big-picture and as it pertains to your department. The pay is very good and my supervisor is great. The training is excellent.

      Cons

      The programs and systems are old. As such, they are often glitchy and/ore go down. They tell us to do they best we can. This is a very frustrating aspect since members are extra frustrated so our jobs are very difficult.

      Pros

      Family friendly. Believe in a work/life balance. Have kept the doors open during the 2020 pandemic, and have done everything they can to ensure all employees are able to continue to work either in office or at home.

      Cons

      Internal communication issues. Not enough staff in some key departments, leading to high pressure with often short deadlines. Not many opportunities for advancement.
