Pros

PSCU emphasizes the value of their employees and tries their best to take care of them while balancing the demands of the business - while that may not always be possible and I'm sure it varies across departments, it's always on the radar. They value diversity and are trying to build it further. You're pretty much guaranteed a bonus because we always hit our corporate numbers. Benefits are good - PTO is the best of any company I've been at.

Cons

Because we always hit our numbers and the news is always good, there's little motivation for significant operational improvements. Bonuses are paid even if people aren't meeting expectations which is demotivating for achievers.

Pros

Great Benefits pkg. 401K was the best in the industry

Cons

No work life balance - position was basically a glorified agent. Managers were not available. Expectation was to work as many hours as they were required. No growth opportunities at this level only lateral moves

Pros

I love the culture at PSCU. The company truly cares about their employees, and not just as an employee but as a person, family. PSCU also is a community of culture/diversity. It is not just a motto they say/speak it is truly a very present positive outlook in the day to day environment. I feel like I truly matter every day that I work for PSCU.

Cons

Communications is not always the best among inter-departments, or even ones own. I also feel that PSCU could do a better job fully vetting items/projects before implementing. Often times the "right" people or departments are not involved from roll out, and vital pieces are missed. I think as a company there is room for growth in this area.
