Pros

The focus on building a supportive culture comes from the top down, and it shows! I truly have never felt so welcomed and supported in joining a new organization and role.

Cons

PSCU is growly rapidly! It's amazing to be part of, but it also means there is a lot of change as well as moving parts and pieces - it can be a lot to keep up with, but it's also exciting and needed to keep pace with the industry!

Pros

The leadership team I currently work under are among the best I see within this company. The team truly cares about me as an individual, helps me to understand what I need to do better to make my career here with PSCU valuable, and makes the time to get personal when I need to be personal. This company provides that opportunity, and it's something I didn't get with past employers.

Cons

Downsides at PSCU? I know that working here may bring about downsides, but when working with leaders that want to see me grow and not be discouraged, they step up to the plate to help work through struggles to make positives, not negatives.

Pros

Company is very employee focused. Autonomy in what we do as a not-for profit that is privately owned. Great leadership all the way up to the CEO. My department is exceptional, well led and a wonderful area to work. I often feel valued and seen as the full person and employee that I am. I just wish I had started working here earlier.

Cons

PSCU is in transition (a great thing) however post covid culture is still adjusting - going from an in person to a now primarily remote work status. Culture will work itself out well in time. DEI initiatives are also starting to get the attention they deserve and the attention they need. All very promising. Company does its best by its employees and it's evident we are a top priority.
