Remote Positions

Pros

Schedule Flexibility No Customer contact Overtime

Cons

Communication within department is not good at all. Very click(ish) among the upper management and Florida reps. You have some leadership that do not know how to communicate with reps. Speak to adults like children. Complaints can be dismissed due to tenure. Positions are given because Upper management may know Rep and others can be overlooked. Any concerns regarding Supervisor will be put on the back burner or go without any consequence. Do not look for encouragement from leadership but will be acknowledged for mistakes. Can be placed on a team that handles different work types and be asked to vote for a team MVP leaving you out for the recognition. If you bring an idea be prepared for it to be taken and implemented without recognition or given to another rep.
