Avoid this place at all costs. If they're the last place hiring on earth, become a barista instead. They expect off-hours work like it was in your job description. It is unpaid. There is no communication, even within your team. You're manager will ask why they need to give you any direction, just get it done, but No not like that! Your main job is to be the fall-guy when your manager makes a mistake. I've heard rumors that it can be better in a different team, but would you play Russian Roulette with 5 bullets loaded?
