      Solid Company, Would Recommend

      Pros

      Good supervisors, great employees, and wide exposure to all forms of electric distribution, good 401k match, somewhat okay stock plan

      Cons

      After 2 weeks vacation each additional week takes 5 or more years of service to obtain, Engineering is the slowest department to progress in pay scale, PPO for family is expensive

      Too much testing

      Pros

      Pays well, flexible work schedule with having every Friday off.

      Cons

      They are always hiring engineers. Always having to test. If you fail a test (less than an 80%), you get written up. Fail twice and you're fired. There is no consideration for older people with experience or for people who struggle with tests. Very draconian system.
