Very helpful staff, the hours work perfectly with home life, and the location is optimal.

Cons

Pay is low. Not very many opportunities to interact with others from the company.

Thank you for your review. We do review salaries on a yearly basis as well as work within school budget constraints to ensure we are meeting the needs of the students. We offer multiple training sessions, seminars and Department specific meetings throughout the year. While these are rarely mandatory, they are a great chance to meet other staff members. Independent work environment, school schedule and vacations, snow days

Cons

Very low pay, sometimes cliquish teams, no advancement options. Felt left alone with sometimes unreasonable criticism from parents, I did not feel supported.
