Very nice employer, you feel like you are part of a team. Training is always excellent. I would vote this company as a great place to work.

Cons

Pay is very low. This is great for a second income

Cannot speak on this at the moment. Perhaps some would find it a con if they were seeking a specific type of assignment like full time in one location but had to be split up across schools to be fulfill full time hours.

None this is a terrible place to work for

The pay is terrible, unorganized company. They put checks in the hole, and they charge $250.00 if you resign

We are sorry you did not enjoy your time with PSI. We do adhere to a standard contract however there is no "checks in the hole" We have 3 different pay schedules for anyone working 15 hours or more. Less than 15 hours a week you paid once a month due to the lack of hours etc.
