Pros

Good pay as long as your career progresses, and health insurance that is better than at BPJS is another perk of working here.

Cons

Some divisions at head office don't communicate well with the operations team. Most problems in communication are caused by these two divisions (IT and GA), which have really weird and unprofessional individuals.
