      -Good benefits -Good people to work with -Able to learn about different industries -Acquired new technology in Augmented Reality and IoT

      Cons

      Too much time is put toward reviews; similar consulting firms have ended these extensive practices so that employees can focus on the customer. Employees compensation seems to be below average/average compared to other consulting firms

      Decent compensation/benefits for employees (e.g. matching 401(k) at 50% up to 5% of salary), good growth potential as a company as they are positioned as an IoT leader and innovator, good communication from the executive/management level

      Cons

      Typical challenges assimilating employees from mergers and acquisitions - many employees from my native company have left, very slow advancement in salary, limited growth potential for individuals with extensive experience.
