      Pros

      Great benefits - PTO, Sick, WFH Ever changing technology industry allows you to be versatile and get involved in many projects and never get stuck doing the same thing

      Cons

      Promotion process - you basically have to beg and plead for people to see your worth and get promoted Messaging changes all the time which keeps the job interesting but the marketing department is always playing catch up Compensation tends to be on the lower end unless you negotiate well when hired

      Pros

      Very friendly environment, a lot of smart people, no politics, huge vacations, job security, decent salary.. I've made a lot of good friends there.

      Cons

      Quite old technologies and methodologies used, tiny bonuses, lack of the career perspective. Reorganizations (and subsequent lay-offs) are twice a year. Lots of communications required - similar to any large company.
