      Pros

      Software development company in the hot Internet of Things space. Big potential for growth and expansion. Lots of smart people to work and learn from.

      Cons

      Refocusing of company is painful. Moving into a very competitive industry, IoT, with lots of big players and more joining everyday.

      Pros

      Very good company and environment. Very professional and room to grow but must be withy the right product.

      Cons

      I got laid off and rather than training on new product they just laid off those not on active project. It was tough because I didn't know it was coming.

      - Quarterly company wide "town hall" style meetings. CEO and other leaders deliver news and provide transparency on how company is doing and the direction we're headed. - Positioned as market leader in the exciting Internet of Things space! - Great IoT strategy moving forward with industry awards and customer successes to back it up.

      Cons

      Could do a better job of promoting and marketing products. Some outside of the company may know a PTC product's name but not know right away that it's a PTC product.
