Pros
Cutting edge technology with a world class strategy. Company treats it employees very well and always communicates the company's vision clearly. Very friendly environment and loved the people I worked with. Have monthly meetings with the executive staff to discuss any upcoming changes/acquisition/struggles, which helped tremendously. I left to pursue a personal venture but PTC is without a doubt one of my favorite employers I have worked for in my career.
Cons
Ever changing strategy but that is the nature of the software industry! 40% of the business is tied to Europe and with the fluctuation of the euro in past years it is very hard to avoid cost cutting. That goes for any large company with international business.
