      - You get a paycheck - You get health insurance - You get dental insurance

      Cons

      Constantly acquiring companies and failing to properly integrate them. Gross profit at the expense of employees. 8 straight quarters of RIF's (reduction in force), no salary increases in 2+ years. Lack of innovation, stale technology. The good 'ol boy system is alive and well.

      - I was luck enough to have an amazing and supportive boss....who was eventually layed off.....

      Cons

      -Poor leadership - CEO is extremely unapproachable- it seems that everyone is afraid of him.... -"Core Values" are a farce- Actions speak louder than words, PTC - Opportunity only seem to come if you're the relative of an SVP, VP etc - Constant hiring freezes and lay offs
