      Pros

      Great technologyies, Long standing company.

      Cons

      Lazy, aggressive, stupid sales managers... that also lie. There are sales managers that can't even tell you the value of the technology. Rather than positioning value, they just cram discounts and lie to customers. With the software world moving to subscription based, this ppl are outdated and not helpful.

      Pros

      Cool office in Boston, and a decent sales compensation plan.

      Cons

      Meathead sales culture; Mickey-mouse software company acting like they are Oracle, Siemens or Dassault. Little integrity in management and they like to lay people off w/o stating real reasons. Buck-tooth managers that only utilize forecasts to manage and do actually help reps improve their performance. Cookie-cutter training. Constantly low-balls on salary. Short tenure of sales reps in Central Region. Everyone will likely leave especially now during COVID-19.

      Many smart, nice, dedicated developers.

      Cons

      Lack of opportunities to train on new areas and try new technologies. Some product managers were not collaborative with developers. PTC was a riff factory for several years.
