      Great benefits. Excellent PTO for an American company. Good work-life balance Some remote working ability. Worked with some extremely talented, professional people.

      Cons

      Not the highest paying company. Layoffs are common. You could be an excellent employee with years of impeccable service and still get the boot. I've seen so many talented people let go over the years.
