      Pros

      - work life balance.. ideal if you plan to stay for decade - not pay-master but still competitive compensation

      Cons

      - no onsite opportunity - no carrier growth.. you will end up doing same thing for years - top management values their stock holders more than employees - legacy technology

      Pros

      Good opportunities for 'climbing the ladder', fair compensation and benefits.

      Cons

      Very hierarchical corporate culture, top level management were almost referred to as Gods. The training was unfortunately mostly below professional standard and some parts almost felt like attempts at brain washing. A reward system was also introduced which turned the social climate very ugly and split the group in two.

      Pros

      You learn a lot. Lots of smart people around there. If you are focused and goal oriented the career path at PTC is wide open. Outstanding experience with the customer side. Great products and now with some management changes it seems to become a less aggressive sales environment.

      Cons

      Too many changes in management and cultural differences. US-guys are often too tough and do not listen carefully to what others have to say...
