Pros
It's sometimes very fast-paced (which is what works best for me), a healthy work/life balance is encouraged, management is supportive and accessible, and development and growth opportunities are available to those who wish to take advantage of that. The organization is so inclusive and supportive, and I've never met a team member that I haven't enjoyed working with...everyone embodies the same passion. Everyone (including upper management) has been welcoming and approachable, and I've fully enjoyed my time at PTC. Compensation for my position exceeds the median, and all of the benefits available to employees (which are beyond any other company I have worked for) are incredible.
Cons
There have been a few big changes at PTC in the past few months which I believe has made people feel uneasy. Change is difficult (and sometimes scary), but management is easy to approach and accessible, and have been offering information and support to help understand the reasoning and the future vision.
