* Concern for employees, Contractors/Consultants. * From my understanding the company leadership made a conscious decision to keep employees/Contractors/Consultant's on during the pandemic. * Company is growing and has acquired a few companies in the past few years. * There are opportunities to learn and grow with the company. * Employees/Contractors/Consultants are compensated well.

Cons

* Growing quickly and there should be ample time to allow for correct decision making. Some decisions seemed rushed...some can be attributed to growing pains. * Culture is changing so own that to.

The bad reviews are consistent with what I have seen and some of my former colleagues are just wanting to get out. Start up mentality with constant changes almost every week.

Cons

Completely unorganized. No structure at all. Tons of egos and even when they are the ones who are wrong....it gets blamed on others. As soon as people get hired, there are others who walk right out the door. Constant revolving door with no strategy. Directors and above constantly changing what they say and not providing clarity or direction. There is no compliance what so ever. Just wait until the FDA/DOJ walks in and slaps a CIA on them. There is no training, or even a desire to improve and processes. Nothing has changed from what I hear. Do yourselves a favor look elsewhere, opportunities here are limited. Culture is quite toxic despite the "talk" on building a great culture.

No follow up after phone screen, when a confirmation of the next step for an on-site interview was provided. I attempted contact the company recruiter, who was not available and did not return my call or email.
