-competitive compensation -Free food everywhere -Everyone is very friendly, great sense of community -Great benefits

Cons

-Some departments are very top heavy with a manager to analyst ratio of 1:1 -Work/life balance can be hard sometimes, certain times of the year you are expected to do more work then can be accomplished in a 9-5 work day -Some people get paid way too much for what they do, others seem to be always working from home. Lots of incompetent people with big titles who do not know what they are doing.

Culture, Pay, Benefits, Co-workers and a paid Christmas shutdown

Cons

PTO is fairly low, they try to make up in other areas, but in reality an entire week minimum should be added all around. And then have more tiers. Working seven years before your first and only increase is not good.
