Culture, Pay, Benefits, Co-workers and a paid Christmas shutdown

Cons

PTO is fairly low, they try to make up in other areas, but in reality an entire week minimum should be added all around. And then have more tiers. Working seven years before your first and only increase is not good.

Pros

You get to work towards treating life-saving diseases. Compensation is good on the G&A side. Hard workers who know how to get things done will thrive.

Cons

Compensation is not always fair across the company. Pre-clinical scientists in particular are undercomped -- but maybe that is industry wide. Very low 401k match.
