Some great cross-functional teams to work with on products. Good working conditions, good pay, and benefits.

Cons

Some great people to work with; unfortunately, some managers were allowed to bully staff openly. Lost good people and rattled the working environment.

Good compensation package and helpful molecules for patients Some managers have the human touch the CEO also has, some just looking for their own advantage like bonus, recognition and titles

Cons

Every week a new strategy to boost profits and numbers - but nothing really works, because you can’t „bake“ patients. To many Managers with too many „ideas“ hanging around.
