Benefits Work-life balance Opportunities to grow Nearly everyone IS extremely nice. I have never worked for such a caring and supportive company. It's the PTC culture.

Cons

Some of the employees can be rude, but very few and is expected at any place of work.

1.Family-like work environment 2. Very employee friendly culture with flexible hours, vacation, sick and family leave 3. Competitive compensation as well as bonus; pay raise is generous. 4. Various projects to take on if one expects to learn and grow in the careers 5. Perks such as cultural lunches once a month, international potluck, employee picnic and amazing holiday party

Cons

1. Favoritism is obvious; it makes sense tha you work hard enough to get promoted once within few years; however to get promoted for twice a year, you need to be close to the management 2. Unprofessional people could stay because they stay long enough even without effectiveness and production.
