Pros

- Tight knit teams - Freedom to express your ideas - Fast-paced and fluid workplace - Great work-life balance - Good focus on wellbeing (gym, sports, healthy food, events) - Chance to interact with Puma ambassadors (sportsmen, celebrities and influencers)

Cons

- Compensation is not so competitive. The company leverages off of its "cool" factor and other benefits.

Pros

In my team i had a lot of freedom and exposure to interesting projects. The particular role lended itself to have involvement in many areas and disciplines. Amazing place to learn and openness to change existing processes. Some people are amazing to work with. If you want, you can probably make good friends even outside of work.

Cons

No defined communication within teams. (It's clear managers have issues between them and it makes for a difficult workplace). Usually not a 40 hour work week. (~ 50-60) piggy backing on the "Forever Faster" ethos. Favoritism to certain types of people is shown. They value soft skills to a point it deters them, not focusing on tech skills nor educating team members on improving this. Archaic business processes and IT Systems. Way understaffed given current work processes. Lot of people suffer from burnout, I even remember seeing medical/mental problems from team members. They don't seem to be working on changing this. Pay isn't that great when factoring the input of non impactful and meaningless work you sometimes do.
