Great work environment, Flexible hours depending on Employee needs, Great discount in products, Managers are open to receive comments (open doors politics), Managers are always looking for your growth.

Cons

We could have free merchandise once a year maybe, but overall its a great company.. 5/5 stars

Discount on clothes is okay. But can't use it online.

Cons

No flexibility on schedule, usually the store is underemployed and no one can cover your shift is something happens. Pay could be more competitive given Nike pays more.
