Pros

- Excellent Work-Life Balance. - Great Benefits. - Opportunity for advancement. - Amazing Culture. - Full support when moving internationally from one branch to another.

Cons

Coming from an environment where one person sees a project through from start to end, it can be frustrating to have to hand projects over to other people once you have reached the end of the part you specialise in.

Pros

Daily pay and 60% discount

Cons

Breaks are 10 minutes and not paid so punch in and out on time, employees are not trusted with cell phones on the floor. If you can’t make your scheduled shift you are on your own to find coverage or else management might punish you with no pay/no hours for the next week or two. Favoritism is what dictates hours, might be given 5-20 hours on any given week.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear your experience doesn't mirror our efforts to create a nice working environment for everybody. We take your feedback very serious and will look into this matter. We greatly value your input. On an ongoing basis, we continuously look to improve Retail Store Operations. We are aware of the busy and fast-paced work environment and how much support and initiative is needed in that business unit. Adding to that, we are very open about constructive criticism and propositions on how we can improve the work environment even more. Your feedback is instrumental in our continuous efforts to enhance our work environment. Sharing constructive criticism with us enables us to identify areas for improvement and strive towards providing the best possible experience for our team. We wish you all the best for your future career.
