Pros
Training, management, opportunities for growth and personal development and at least when I was working there the ability to implement real change in regards to updating methods, policies and IT infrastructure,
Cons
My biggest fear was that because of the frenetic pace that the company was growing at it may be difficult to maintain the "magic" that is the bedrock of Pure. In the little over a year I was there we doubled the workforce with plans to keep adding at a similar or higher rate.
