It just seems that everyone here knows why they are here. The sense of purpose is inspiring.

Cons

Growth creates opportunities but it also brings lots of change. It's all good, but fast paced isn't for everyone.

PURE's culture is one that is rare. This company really cares about its' employees and is always trying to advance policies, procedures, perks and benefits. There is a lot of room for advancement at this growing organization. The office locations are in great locations and the people you work with are awesome.
