I left a global company to come work for PURE and it has been the best decision I have ever made.

Pros

Clear direction of where they are going, access to management team, opportunity to fail and true care for the individual employees that make up the company.

Cons

It is a smaller company that is still growing so there are still some areas that need clear procedures/protocol but that is also part of the beauty of the company; nimble enough to change as necessary.
