If you respect yourself, value your time and your health, this company is not for you. If you have a creative idea or an improvement on efficiency - keep it to yourself. Keep your head down and conform to the procedures/rules that will change daily - if not more frequently. Policy enforcement and procedure will change on a case by case basis for no rhyme or reason. Do not speak unless spoken to. Do not ask for further direction/clarity - you will be insulted; passive aggressively. Nepotism runs deep here. The company culture operates much like a cult. Leadership sits on a high horse with a profound disconnect from the expectations and reality of the job - but you will often be reminded (gaslit) that they too once did your position. ..When the company (and workload) was 70% smaller. You will be working the most important department within the company, juggling (what you'll soon figure out is) 3 different positions for the salary of one.
