Pros
The Member Advocates are wonderful individuals that I would want to be friends with inside and outside of the office. Great sense of camaraderie.
Cons
Unreasonable expectations and impossible workload. Expected to do the work of 3 different positions. If you want to stay afloat, you will have to work overtime and weekends. On top of the required weekends and holidays that you will have to work. Frequent changes in company policies with no regard for MAs that will actually be affected. Unless your goal is to work in the insurance industry, I wouldn't recommend this job.
