Great people, dedicated workers, constant roles opening up for growth. Ross (CEO) meets with most new employees, is available for questions, and is involved on all levels.

Cons

Expectation to work hard/late, high stress, limited support. No pay bands which can result in under/overpayment for certain roles. Inconsistent management due to constant movement, creating lack of consistency and weak leadership. Easy to burn-out. Decent turnover (especially in the claims department).
