- The benefits are fairly decent compare to similar positions in other companies.

Cons

- Pay is too low - MAs are over worked and underpaid. This trend is similar in underwriting as well. - Expect not to meet astronomical expectations and actually get your own work done. Its one or the other, and management won't choose your work. - Netting only about $39.5k a year is eventually going to sting when you have to advocate for wealthy members day in and day out.

Cons

Working with some of the people here is really tough due to lack of tact and pure laziness. As someone who comes to work to work and not socialize and be best friends with others it is quite trying at times.
