Pros

Some of my closest friends work here. No matter what type of day I'm having I know I will have support from my colleagues and leaders. I feel like I'm making a true impact in my role and it's new everyday. PUREs culture is truly top notch!

Cons

It's still a relatively new company (for insurance) so there are some growing pains, but I do feel like if you have an idea to make things better it'll be heard even if they can't promise the change will be implemented.
