- The benefits are fairly decent compare to similar positions in other companies.

Cons

- Pay is too low - MAs are over worked and underpaid. This trend is similar in underwriting as well. - Expect not to meet astronomical expectations and actually get your own work done. Its one or the other, and management won't choose your work. - Netting only about $39.5k a year is eventually going to sting when you have to advocate for wealthy members day in and day out.

Cons

Cliquey and rude colleagues. Was belittled in front of people and verbally harassed. I brought it to upper management and it was dismissed. Felt very uncomfortable coming into the office daily.

Pros

The Member Advocates are wonderful individuals that I would want to be friends with inside and outside of the office. Great sense of camaraderie.

Cons

Unreasonable expectations and impossible workload. Expected to do the work of 3 different positions. If you want to stay afloat, you will have to work overtime and weekends. On top of the required weekends and holidays that you will have to work. Frequent changes in company policies with no regard for MAs that will actually be affected. Unless your goal is to work in the insurance industry, I wouldn't recommend this job.
