      Okay for experience and nothing else

      -People working there are nice -Can get a job with no experience

      Cons

      -Constant revolving door of employees -Work is not evenly divided with managers hiring friends and not disclosing to other employees -Pay sucks for work load -Constantly adding different jobs for no extra pay -Work floods in and management hides in his office -Supervisor actively talks to your coworkers to fish into your personal life while sabotaging your career moves.

      Good for Gaining Experience, Bad Overall

      Pros

      Great place for experience, you'll meet a lot of new people that become friends outside of work and after you/they stop working there, flexible hours, work life balance

      Cons

      Upper management is mismanaging the heck out the company, little to no raises, longevity at the company is rewarded by getting screwed out of raises while new hires are paid more, overworked and underpaid for the work that you are doing, working with equipment that is not from this century, safety is not taken seriously.
