      Pros

      Not many people left in the office, so had plenty of alone time.

      Cons

      Upper management is practically nonexistant. It was made very clear that the higher ups did not care about our location or how it was operated.

      Pros

      It's a good first job out of college. Start looking once you're there though.

      Cons

      Pay is lower than you will find anywhere else for the same work. Upper management is awful and does not value anyone. Extremely top heavy and they will nit pick every possible dollar away from those at the bottom.

      Pros

      - Management is pretty chill. -As long as you're getting your work done, you will have no real issues here. -Lenient with schedule. - Tuition Assistance - Small Bonuses every year -Salary increases every year -Better culture than Aegis.

      Cons

      Some labs are dirty. Pay is decent for the field, but still not enough. High turnover Can be somewhat physically challenging at times but not always. If you get tired easily, this is not your job. Just like every other job in the world, there will be drama. Just ignore it.
