      Pros

      Easy job to do, requires no real thinking or knowledge.

      Cons

      Many people have STEM bachelors degrees and are definitely not being compensated properly for the degree. Although nothing about this job should really require a degree so I guess it makes sense

      Pros

      The benefits are good, and I had great co-workers.

      Cons

      This is a company who is so obsessed with acquiring the nation that they have left their staff behind. Management does not listen or ask question. Staff is not corrected or guided if they aren't meeting expectation, but will be talked about and fired if an indirect opportunity presents itself. Middle management is a hot mess. Just know that if you want an entry level production job this is for you. If you are looking to advance your career stay away. Morale is terrible in the labs and throwing a few pizzas at staff isn't the answer. CEO refused to send out written updates, only recorded ones, and we have hearing impaired staff. So many missed opportunities here.
