We are a close knit community.

Cons

Employee moral is at an all time low, turnover is very high. Replacement help is difficult to get, it takes months to replace an employee, if they are replaced at all.

New processes are currently in development to support our labs in recruitment and fill our open positions efficiently with less negative impact on our employees. High professionalism from corporate...lotsa opportunity company-wide...love my job

Cons

locally....too much emphasis on production from management..not enough on quality any more....new management at location came in from smaller lesser quality lab to run larger and higher quality lab...combination of Pace buyout and new management from lesser lab has resulted in a stressed work environment.

Forward thinking corporation with leadership to match. More fringe benefits are available compared to other companies I've worked for. Abundance of opportunities to learn and improve knowledge on a wide range of subjects. All employees are held to a high-level of performance which increases the overall quality of data and job satisfaction.

Cons

Too much time spent acquiring corporate data and creating spreadsheets.
