Pros

Typically a Monday thru Friday schedule, 40 hours a week. Great people to work for/with. They are constantly trying to improve on the way things are done.

Cons

can get hectic when busy. Could spend a bit more time making sure employee fully understands test.

Lab Analyst II

Pros

They work to try to improve the lab to be as efficient as possible.

Cons

There is not as much flexibility as has been experienced in previous labs. Flexibility such as coming in earlier... Fast turnaround times, these can not necessarily be met. Clients with unrealistic expectations/sales team promising more than can be delivered.

Pros

Very unlikely the company will go out of business.

Cons

The bottom line is to make money by doing whatever it takes. Employees seem to be just a number in a large company. Employees are expected to make sacrifices for the sake of the company.
