      Good people, always opportunities for growth and learning. Lots of independent work/projects, while also occasionally having some group projects.

      Cons

      Depending on the department and your hours, as well as time of year, work can be tedious and slow (like no work to do type of slow), or so busy you don't know when you can get a chance to take your break. Some managers and supervisors don't seem to mesh well with their employees, so get a feel for them during the interview.
